Network of Professional Associations

The association is a progressive one led by day care leaders who are rising to the many challenges day care brings today as are all our members. We hope it is a forum that you can use to share and gain knowledge to develop our services further whilst ensuring the patient and their carers remain central to our care delivery.

The association's aims and objectives are:

To provide a forum for Day care leaders, facilitating communication between members and other relevant disciplines.
To encourage and promote an exchange of knowledge, experience and expertise between members of the association.
To encourage and promote educational opportunities and develop the principles of good practice within the membership.
To disseminate a greater understanding of the principles of Day Care amongst professional colleagues and the general public.
To arrange an annual conference.
• To strategically influence and shape local and national policy for palliative day care.
