Help with benefits

The benefits system is complicated and claiming can be time consuming.

For help and advice you can talk to a Benefits Adviser at your local Citizens Advice Bureau.

You could also contact a carers' centre: use The Princess Royal Trust for Carers website to find your local carers' centre, or ask a health or social care professional.
