You can download a clinical guide to supportive and palliative care for HIV/AIDS in Sub-Saharan Africa from the African Palliative Care Association website.
DFID Review of global policy architecture and country level practice of HIV/AIDS and palliative care (2007) is a report that was commissioned by the Department of International Development and led by Help the Hospices. It looks at the situation regarding palliative care at a local and global level.
