Our strategy

Our strategy 2012-16 outlines our three strategic priorities and what we will do to deliver them.

Our priorities are to:

  • be the leading advocate for hospice care
  • promote and support excellence in hospice care
  • support those providing hospice care


Each year we will be working with our members on more detailed plans for projects and activities which will make our strategy a reality.
