Michael is on the following drugs:

  • Diamorphine SC infusion 40 mg daily
  • Cyclizine SC infusion 150 mg daily
  • Midazolam 5 mg as required

Initially settled, one evening Michael starts to become frightened, agitated and suspicious of people.  Answer the following questions:
