The form below is designed to help us to understand why you might be having problems playing back the audio clips on our website.

Are you able to hear other sounds on your computer?

Try playing an audio CD, or playing a clip on youtube. If you can't hear any sound it is likely that:

  • The sound settings on your computer are set to mute

  • Your speakers or headphones are not connected correctly

 

Have you installed Adobe Flash™ player?

Some of the videos on our website require the Adobe Flash player.

 

Even if you already have it intalled, older versions might not work. Install the latest version of Flash player.

 

Are you using a Mac?

If you are using a Mac, install Windows Media® Components for QuickTime and try again.
