HOW TO USE THIS TUTORIAL

• Read the Case study.
• Work on the Activities.  You can try answering from your own knowledge or you can use the information pages.  This is not cheating - you learn as you find the information) or you can use other sources of information.
• Use the Further activity to take your learning into your workplace.
• If you want more information there are references and Further reading/websites at the end of each tutorial.
• It should take you about 15 minutes.  If anything is unclear, discuss it with a colleague.
• If you think any information is wrong or out of date, let us know.

You can also download this tutorial as a worksheet (in PDF format)  and print it as four pages.  (Note: You will need to have the free Adobe reader installed on your machine to view and print the file.)  It works best copied onto a backed A3 sheet.  You have permission to photocopy individual worksheets for use by colleagues and learners.   For guidance on how to use these worksheets in small or large group settings, see Using the tutorials and worksheets.
