Cause-related marketing

Hospices provide over £400 million worth of care. As one of the most popular causes in the UK, the hospice movement has a vast network of supporters and publicity. Cause-related marketing activities are therefore mutually beneficial; our corporate partners help us to provide vital support for hospice care while also fulfilling their own marketing objectives.

 

 

Campaigns

Help the Hospices have run a number of successful cause-related marketing campaigns.

 

Cooperative Bank

Cooperative Bank offers a credit card where a donation is made for every new account opened and for every £100 spent after that. Find out more about The Hospice Card.

 

Towergate Partnership

The Towergate Partnership asks its clients to make a donation with every insurance policy renewal.

 

Lloyds TSB

Lloyds TSB ran an Internet Banking promotion in 2003, donating 1p per customer per month each time a customer logged on to their online bank account.

 

Tesco

National events, such as Tea at 3, have been supported by on-pack promotions with Jane Asher cakes, Foxes biscuits, Tetley tea, Marmite, Soreen and Canderel in Tesco stores.
