How we have worked together
Each of the 13 British Energy stations and offices has been partnered with the local hospices of their choice, so that all funds raised by staff stay in the communities where they operate. The original target was £250,000, but staff have done so well that we hope this will double by the end of the year.

What British Energy staff have done
British Energy staff have organised all sorts of fundraising activities, such as football matches, 'It's a Knock Out' fun days and quiz nights.
Teams of energetic staff have also run the London Marathon, taken part in the Paris to London Bike Ride and completed a Coast to Coast cycle.
Their support hasn't stopped there, with teams of volunteers getting their hands dirty and volunteering their time to help with painting and decorating at hospices.
