Your fundraising will help to provide care and support to terminally ill patients, and their friends and families, when they need it most.
We ask all participants to try to raise a minimum of £75 and each family £150; we will give you lots of handy tips to help you reach this.
Once you register online we will send you a sponsorship pack with tips and ideas, a sponsor form and details of the merchandise we have available for you to help you raise as much as you can!
