How we benefit

Your support could really make a difference. When you sign up for a Hospice Card at 18.9% representative/variable, Help the Hospices benefits immediately and every time you use it:

• The Co-operative Bank gives Help the Hospices £15 for every new account opened.
• It gives us another £2.50 if the card is used within the first six months.
• We receive 25p for every £100 spent using the card or transferred to it.

How you benefit

When you open a Hospice Card account you can benefit from:

• No interest on purchases or balance transfers*, for six months
  after opening the account

• Reverts to a rate of 18.9% APR representative/variable after six months
• A balance transfer fee applies during promotional rate period only (min.£5).

'Apply by phone today on 0800 002 006. Lines open Monday - Friday 8am-9pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-6pm and ask for 'The Hospice Card' or apply for the hospice card online. Calls may be monitored or recorded for security and training purposes.

Applicants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over and have an annual income of £10,000.
