We are pleased to announce the final round of grants to support hospice/palliative care to patients who are terminally ill from conditions other than cancer.
Grants are only available to independent voluntary hospices in the UK. In this grant round, only one application will be considered from each hospice. Where a hospice is already receiving a grant from this programme, you can apply for a further grant to fund a different project.
We are looking to make awards of up to £25,000 each, however in exceptional circumstances up to £40,000 may be allocated.
The application process will be in two stages, stage one Registration Form and stage two Application Form. Please find below a list of documents that will provide guidance in making an application for funding from this grant.
