It consists of a series of short leaflets, and was updated in May 2008.
Using the pack
Many carers are overwhelmed by being given too much information at one time. Sections or pages of the Carers Pack can be downloaded or photocopied and given out when appropriate.
If you run a carers group, you might find the pack provides a useful focus for meetings. The pack could also be used for volunteer training.
