Young Carers Guide

The Young Carers section of the Carers Pack is designed to give support and information to young people who provide practical and/or emotional support to someone with a life-limiting or terminal illness. This section is also available as a free standalone publication called the Young Carers Guide.

The Young Carers section was launched in February 2006, and last updated in May 2008.
