Training the trainers
Specialist palliative
care units are a valuable resource for empowering and enabling generalists to
improve patient care at end of life. Help the Hospices and the Department of
Health End of Life Programme plan to pilot the QELCA programme in partnership with hospice/hospital
partnerships around England. This offers an opportunity to
replicate locally the QELCA
programme, or an adapted version based on its
underpinning principles.
