Cancellation policy
Cancellations received in writing before Friday 9 October 2009 will be charged a 25% administration charge. We regret that no refunds can be made after this date. Substitutions can be made at any time without charge.

Help the Hospices will use the information you provide on your booking form, and additional information you may provide in the future, for administering our events. We will not disclose this information to any other person or organisation, except in connection with the above purpose.
