Infection control study day

The Help the Hospices Infection Control Group  developed a study day for all staff – both clinical and non-clinical – to help them understand their role and make their contribution to cleaner, safer hospice care.

About this event

This study day included information on the general principles of infection prevention and control, including standard infection prevention and control practice, decontamination, achieving and maintaining a clean clinical environment, and the importance of good communication.
