Grant case studies

Since it was set up Help the Hospices has been offering grants to hospices and their staff, to help them improve the quality of care given to patients, families and carers in the UK as well as overseas.

The following case studies feature the work of individuals and organisations funded through a wide range of grant programmes managed by Help the Hospices. They aim to show the diversity of services offered by hospices worldwide as well as share learning and good practice.
