We are looking to fund pilot projects run by adult and
children’s hospices that strengthen support, advice or training to provide care
at home, so allowing people to stay at home for longer.
Funding for the programme is
provided by the St. James’s Place Foundation, and Help the Hospices is managing
the grants programme on its behalf.
Pilot project grants
Pilot project
grants up to £15,000 are available to pilot a new initiative that has already
been scoped out in a feasibility study and has been identified as potentially
valuable, but which has not been tried at the hospice before.
Available funding
Total available funding in this grant
round is £60,000. The maximum individual grant amount is £15,000 and we expect
to make between four and five grants.
Deadlines
Deadline for applications is 22 February 2012. Applicants will be informed about whether they have been successful by the end of March 2012.
