Grants are available to fund work lasting up to 18 months, which either:

address the findings from seedcorn grant activities, if appropriate

support new, larger stand-alone projects, demonstrating a clear evidence of need.
Available funding for major grants
Total available funding in this grant round is £150,000. There will be two further major grants rounds of £200,000 each in 2011.
We are looking to make major grants of up to £25,000, for projects running over 18 months and expect to make between six and eight grants in this first round.
Deadlines
Deadline for applications is Thursday 7 October 2010. Applicants will be informed of the outcome by the middle of December 2010.
