Help the Hospices believes in a collaborative and participatory approach to the development of hospice and palliative care. We work with partners in the UK and worldwide.

Worldwide Palliative Care Alliance

The Worldwide Palliative Care Alliance (WPCA) is a network of national and regional hospice and palliative care associations. The majority of our international activities are in done in collaboration with WPCA.

Help the Hospices is a member of the WPCA steering committee and provides the secretariat to the WPCA. We support many areas of its work, particularly World Hospice and Palliative Care Day and its advocacy initiatives.

International Palliative Care Reference Group (IPCRG)

The International Palliative Care Reference Group (IPCRG) advises us on, and supports, our international programme. The group consists of experts on hospice and palliative care worldwide who are based in the UK.
