What we do internationally

Help the Hospices international programme supports the development of hospice and palliative care worldwide, particularly in developing countries. We believe that everyone living with life-limiting illness has the right to quality, affordable care.

We work in collaboration with our partners in the Worldwide Palliative Care Alliance to provide a global voice on hospice and palliative care issues as well as providing resources and support to develop capacity building at the local level.

Our main activities, in collaboration with our partners, are:

Advocacy and campaigning

We advocate that everyone living with a life-limiting illness has the right to quality and affordable care, wherever they are and whatever their circumstances.
