The Commission into the Future of Hospice Care has now come to an end and we are delighted to share with you the final report of their findings. We hope that you will now read and learn from this report and implement the recommendations as best fits your local situation.

The final report from the Commission, Future ambitions for hospice care: our mission and our opportunity, highlights the future challenges for hospices, and sets out key recommendations for hospices to enable them to face these challenges and thrive.

We encourage all who have an interest in hospice care to read and respond to this important report.
